Berry Crumble Bars πŸ“πŸ’œπŸ“πŸ’œπŸ“

Berry season is on full effect and honestly they might be my fave fruit right now! πŸ“β™₯️

I made these mixed berry crumble bars and omg the gooey berry filling is to die for!! 😍 the crust (which is delicious on its own!) is also gluten free, dairy free, full of fiber and has protein + healthy fats! βœ¨πŸŽ‰

Berries are full of antioxidants, anti aging phytonutrients, have been shown to improve memory, skin and reduce your risk of cancer! πŸ’•β˜€οΈ They are super high in fiber and are one of the lowest sugar fruits 🍌 🍎 πŸ‰

I’ve been adding them to Greek yogurt to make Froyo 🍨 you can add them to salads πŸ₯— or throw into pancakes πŸ₯ž or muffins for a delicious treat!!
