πŸ’™ 1 cup @bobsredmill oats processed into oat flour

πŸ’™ 1 cup @bobsredmill almond flour

πŸ’™ 1.5 scoops @questnutrition vanilla protein powder

πŸ’™ Zest of 1 lemon πŸ‹

πŸ’™ Juice of half lemon πŸ‹

πŸ’™ 1 tsp baking powder

πŸ’™ 1/4 sea salt

πŸ’™ 1/2 tsp baking soda

πŸ’™ 1/4 cup @lakanto monk fruit maple syrup

πŸ’™ 1 cup @fage Plain Greek yogurt

πŸ’™ 1 tsp lemon extract

πŸ’™ 1 cup fresh blueberries

Directions:

1. preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Process oats then add protein powder, almond flour, baking soda and baking powder

3. Add yogurt, syrup 🍯 lemon πŸ‹ juice and zest.

4. Pulse until smooth and fold in blueberries

5. Bake for 10min and top with swirl which was 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder and 1/2 lemon juice! Then enjoy!! πŸ’ž

Is there a better way to start a Saturday??πŸŒΊπŸ€·πŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ’• I used my fave pancake πŸ₯ž mix today to make it easy because after my workout πŸ‹πŸ½β€β™€οΈ this morning I was starving!! πŸ˜‹

@birchbenders is the best low carb, high protein pancake mix I’ve ever tried!! β€οΈπŸ’« These pancakes are soooo fluffy πŸ₯ soft, not too sweet and super easy! Plus they’re gluten free, dairy free and paleo! πŸŽ‰πŸ’ƒπŸ½

They’re made with mainly cassava flour which provides a delicious texture, but with less carbs and no gluten! which also makes this recipe allow fodmap too for those who may suffer from digestive issues!

Blueberry Cinnamon Protein Pancakes πŸ₯ž

Ingredients:

– 1.5 cups @birchbenders paleo mix

– 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk πŸ₯›

– 1 cup fresh blueberries

– 1 tbsp. Cinnamon

– 1/4 tsp. Himalayan sea salt

– 1 tsp. Vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Then add blueberries.

2. Heat large skillet to medium and melt coconut oil.

3. Cook pancakes 3-5min per side.

4. Topped with drippy almond butter, more berries and walnuts! πŸ˜˜πŸ’–

Tahini is sesame seed paste usually used in hummus but makes a great nut πŸ₯œ free alternative for people who are allergic and adds a delicious, rich flavor! πŸ˜‹πŸ’•

Tahini Coconut Cookies πŸ₯₯🌴πŸͺ

Ingredients:

πŸͺ 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

πŸͺ 1/2 cup tahini

πŸͺ 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

πŸͺ 2 eggs

πŸͺ 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

πŸͺ 1/3 cup coconut flour

πŸͺ 1/4 tsp baking powder

πŸͺ 1/4 tsp baking soda

I don’t know about you but my mama loves πŸ’• Lemon Desserts 🍨 and Limoncello 🍾πŸ₯‚πŸ‹ πŸ˜‰ So I decided to make this super refreshing, tart but sweet Lemon bar recipe for Mother’s Day!! 😍😍😍

Unlike traditional lemon bars I added a bit of a lime twist πŸ˜‹ and kept these bars sugar free, refined flour free plus gluten free too!! πŸ’ƒπŸ½πŸ’«And let me tel you this lemon cookie crust is AMAZING πŸ€€πŸ’–πŸ¦„βœ¨πŸŽ‰

Lemon πŸ‹ Lime Keto Bars 🌟🌟🌟

  • Ingredients:
  • Lemon Cookie crust:
  • 2 cups bobsredmill almond flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cup swerve granular sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 large eggs whisked
  • 1/2 tsp lemon extract πŸ‹

Lemon filling:

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 3 tbsp. Swerve granular sweetener
  • 1/4 cup bobsredmills almond flour
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Lemon and lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp Lime zest
  • 1 tsp. Lemon extract
  • 1/4 cup silk unsweetened almond milk

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Make lemon cookie crust. Add protein powder, sweetener,

salt, almond flour and lemon zest in a bowl and whisk.

3. Mix melted coconut oil with eggs and lemon extract.

4. Add to dry ingredients then press into 10 x 10” greased baking dish and bake for 13min.

5. For filling Mix eggs, zest, Lemon πŸ‹ and lime juice plus almond milk until smooth.

6. Add sweetener, protein powder and almond flour until Smooth.

7. Add filling to crust immediately out of the oven and bake for 15-20min until set in the middle.

8. Wait until completely cooked then Top with more zest and powdered swerve sweetener then enjoy! 😍

Almond Butter Fig Coffee CakeBlondies with Pecan Streusel Topping πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œ

Ingredients:

– 2 packages @lilbuffprotein maple

Nut cake mix 🍰

– 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

– 1/3 cup @traderjoes almond butter

– 1/3 cup @silk unsweetened almond milk

– 2 eggs

Directions:

1. Mix almond butter, eggs, applesauce, and almond milk until smooth.

2. Add dry ingredients and mix until smooth and make the filling.

Figgy filling πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œ

– 1 cup dried figs, soaked for 1 hour in hot water, then drained

– 1/4 cup @spectrumorganics coconut oil

– 1/3 cup almond butter

– 1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt

– 1 tsp. Vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Soak figs in hot water for One hour

2. Blend in food processor with almond butter, coconut oil, salt and vanilla.

3. Blend until Smooth and set aside.

Pecan Streusel ToppingπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œ

Ingredients:

– 1 cup pecan pieces

– 1/4 cup @swervesweetie granular sweetener

– 1 tbsp. coconut oil

– 1/4 cup almond flour

– 1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt

– 2 tsp. Cinnamon

– 1 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice

Directions: Mix everything in a bowl and set aside!

To assemble:

1. Place half the Blondie mixture in a 10×10 greased baking dish.

2. Top with fig mixture and half Streusel.

3. Top with rest of the mix then the rest of the Streusel and bake for 30min at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Makes 6 huge, chunky and sweet blondies!!

Spring πŸŒΊπŸŒΈπŸ’is in the air and I’m having major carrot cake 🍰 cravings so I make these cute little no bake protein bars! They are Low Fodmap, Paleo, Gluten free and Dairy free! ❀️😊🍌 Plus they are high in protein, fiber and soooo stinking easy to make!! πŸ’ƒπŸ½

If you checked out my post last week I’m trying the #lowdodmapdiet πŸ₯—πŸ₯‘πŸŒπŸ₯¦πŸ³ to rule out what is causing my GI symptoms πŸ˜› and I’m determined to make this ride delicious πŸ˜‹ and fun! πŸŽ‰.

No Bake Almond Butter Carrot Cake Protein Bars: πŸ₯•πŸ₯•πŸ₯•πŸ₯•πŸ₯•

Ingredients:

🍌2 mashed Bananas

🍌1/2 cup @traderjoes Almond butter

🍌1/2 cup @bobsredmills Coconut flour

🍌1/2 cup shredded carrots

🍌1/2 cup @silk Unsweetened almond milk

🍌1/2 cup @drinkiconic vanilla protein powder

🍌 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened reduced fat coconut πŸ₯₯ 🌴

🍌1 tbsp. Cinnamon

🍌2 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice

🍌1/2 cup chopped Walnuts

🍌1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt

Directions:

1. Shred carrots in food processor or use shredded carrots and chop slightly more fine.

2. Mash bananas with almond butter. Then add cinnamon, salt and pumpkin pie spice.

3. Add coconut flour, shredded coconut, protein powder and shredded carrots and stir until combined.

4. Add cashew milk to thin out bars.

5. Fold in walnuts.

6. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon and coconut πŸ₯₯

7. Place in freezer to set up for 20min.

8. Slice and store in the fridge then devour!!

– 1 cup 2% cottage cheese
– 5.3oz 0% Coconut Greek Yogurt
– 5.3oz. Β 0% Lime Greek Yogurt
– 4 Tbsp. Light cream cheese
– 2 tbsp. Sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
– 1 lime zested and juiced
– 1/2 cup egg whites
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 scoop vanilla Β protein powder

I bought new silicone donut 🍩 pans last week and you guessed it… now I’m recreating all my favorite donut flavors! Β #pronuts to be exact! πŸ₯°πŸ’ͺ🏼 Also silicone baking devices a total GAME CHANGER!!

Not only are these little cuties glazed in blueberries but also have blueberries and fresh lemon in the batter! 😻 They are the perfect spring treat!! πŸ’•

– 1.5 scoops quest nutrition vanilla protein powder

– 1/2 cup bobs red mill coconut flour

– 2 eggs

– 3/4 cup 0% plain Greek Yogurt

– 1/2 tsp baking powder

– 1 cup frozen blueberries

✨ 1/3 cup @bobsredmill almond flour

✨ 1/3 cup @bobsredmill coconut flour

✨ 1 scoop @questnutrition vanilla protein powder

✨ 1 tsp vanilla extract

✨ 1/2 tsp sea salt

✨ 1 cup egg whites

✨ 2 tbsp melted coconut oil

✨ 1/2 tsp baking powder

✨ 2 tbsp cinnamon

✨ 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

✨ 1 pint blueberries

Crumble ingredients:

πŸ’« 2 cups gluten free oats (pulse in the food processor a few times)

πŸ’« 2 tbsp cinnamon

πŸ’« 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

πŸ’« 1/4 cup coconut oil melted

πŸ’« 1/2 tsp sea salt

πŸ’« 1/2 cup pecan pieces

πŸ’« 2 tbsp maple syrup

Mix all muffin ingredients and crumble ingredients separately. Place half the batter in greased and lined muffin tins. Then add half the crumble and repeat batter then crumble.

Ingredients:

– 1 cup 2% cottage cheese

– 1 cup 0% Plain Greek Yogurt

– 4 Tbsp. Light cream cheese

– 2 tbsp. Sugar free cheesecake pudding mix

– 1 lemon zested and juiced πŸ‹

– 1/2 cup egg whites

– 1 tsp vanilla extract

– 1 scoop vanilla @questnutrition protein powder

– 2 cups chopped strawberries

– 1 Tbsp. Chia seeds

– 3 packets of stevia

– 1 lemon juiced
