Sandwich cookies πŸͺ are my new addiction πŸ’• And since there is no better combo than chocolate and PB ya know your girl had to make them! ❀️ Plus this peanut butter protein cookie recipe on its own could steal the show!! 😜πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

They’re high in protein, gluten free, low carb, keto and come on ya need this in your life this weekend!! πŸŒˆπŸ¦„πŸ§πŸ₯

PB Chocolate 🍫 Sandwich Cookies πŸͺ

Ingredients:

– 1 cup natural Peanut Butter πŸ₯œπŸ―

– 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

– 1/2 tsp. Baking soda

– 1/2 tsp baking powder

– 1/4 cup coconut flour

– 1 tsp. Vanilla extract

– 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt

– 2 eggs

– 1/2 cup swerve granular sweetener

Filing 🍫🍫🍫🍫

– 1/2 cup Lily’s dark chocolate chips

– 2 Tbsp. Peanut butter

Directions:

1. Mix eggs, peanut butter, sweetener, extracts and salt together until smooth.

2. Add dry ingredients and mix until combined.

3. Scoop with ice cream scoop onto baking sheet and create cross cross fork action!

4. Bake for 10min at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Makes 12 cookies πŸͺ

5. For filling Melt chocolate and peanut butter together then fill cooled cookies and drizzle whizzle on top!
