Mama requested them so I made another batch of my Tahini Coconut Cookies!! πŸ’— They’re so chewy, crazy easy to make and a crowd pleaser!! πŸŒΊπŸ’–

They’re gluten free, dairy free, high protein and fodmap friendly! Yay πŸ’ƒπŸ½βœ¨ Plus they honestly taste like coconut caramel delights!! 🌴πŸ₯₯🍯πŸ₯πŸͺ

Tahini is sesame seed paste usually used in hummus but makes a great nut πŸ₯œ free alternative for people who are allergic and adds a delicious, rich flavor! πŸ˜‹πŸ’•

Tahini Coconut Cookies πŸ₯₯🌴πŸͺ

Ingredients:

πŸͺ 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

πŸͺ 1/2 cup tahini

πŸͺ 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

πŸͺ 2 eggs

πŸͺ 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

πŸͺ 1/3 cup coconut flour

πŸͺ 1/4 tsp baking powder

πŸͺ 1/4 tsp baking soda

πŸͺ 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt

πŸͺ 1/3 cup coconut sugar

πŸͺ 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Mix coconut oil, tahini, eggs and vanilla

2. Add dry ingredients and mix until combined.

3. Top with more coconut sugar is desired!

4. Bake for 12min at 350 degrees and enjoy!
