Blueberry Pancake Saturday Morning!! ☀️🥞
Is there a better way to start a Saturday??🌺🤷🏽♀️💕 I used my fave pancake 🥞 mix today to make it easy because after my workout 🏋🏽♀️ this morning I was starving!! 😋
@birchbenders is the best low carb, high protein pancake mix I’ve ever tried!! ❤️💫 These pancakes are soooo fluffy 🍥 soft, not too sweet and super easy! Plus they’re gluten free, dairy free and paleo! 🎉💃🏽
They’re made with mainly cassava flour which provides a delicious texture, but with less carbs and no gluten! which also makes this recipe allow fodmap too for those who may suffer from digestive issues!
Blueberry Cinnamon Protein Pancakes 🥞
– 1.5 cups @birchbenders paleo mix
– 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk 🥛
– 1 cup fresh blueberries
– 1 tbsp. Cinnamon
– 1/4 tsp. Himalayan sea salt
– 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Then add blueberries.
2. Heat large skillet to medium and melt coconut oil.
3. Cook pancakes 3-5min per side.
4. Topped with drippy almond butter, more berries and walnuts! 😘💖
