Blueberry Pancake Saturday Morning!! β˜€οΈπŸ₯ž

Is there a better way to start a Saturday??πŸŒΊπŸ€·πŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ’• I used my fave pancake πŸ₯ž mix today to make it easy because after my workout πŸ‹πŸ½β€β™€οΈ this morning I was starving!! πŸ˜‹

@birchbenders is the best low carb, high protein pancake mix I’ve ever tried!! β€οΈπŸ’« These pancakes are soooo fluffy πŸ₯ soft, not too sweet and super easy! Plus they’re gluten free, dairy free and paleo! πŸŽ‰πŸ’ƒπŸ½

They’re made with mainly cassava flour which provides a delicious texture, but with less carbs and no gluten! which also makes this recipe allow fodmap too for those who may suffer from digestive issues!

Blueberry Cinnamon Protein Pancakes πŸ₯ž

Ingredients:

– 1.5 cups @birchbenders paleo mix

– 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk πŸ₯›

– 1 cup fresh blueberries

– 1 tbsp. Cinnamon

– 1/4 tsp. Himalayan sea salt

– 1 tsp. Vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Then add blueberries.

2. Heat large skillet to medium and melt coconut oil.

3. Cook pancakes 3-5min per side.

4. Topped with drippy almond butter, more berries and walnuts! πŸ˜˜πŸ’–
