Blueberry Crumbles Protein Muffins! πŸ§πŸŽ‰ For Sunday morning daylight savings brunch! πŸŒˆπŸ’—πŸ’«

Gluten free, real ingredients (no trans fat here!) 🌱high in fiber plus protein πŸ’ͺ🏼and literally just mix everything together then bake! This recipe could not be easier!! β™₯οΈπŸ˜›

Blueberry Crumble Protein Muffins πŸ’™

✨ 1/3 cup @bobsredmill brown rice flour

✨ 1/3 cup @bobsredmill almond flour

✨ 1/3 cup @bobsredmill coconut flour

✨ 1 scoop @questnutrition vanilla protein powder

✨ 1 tsp vanilla extract

✨ 1/2 tsp sea salt

✨ 1 cup egg whites

✨ 2 tbsp melted coconut oil

✨ 1/2 tsp baking powder

✨ 2 tbsp cinnamon

✨ 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

✨ 1 pint blueberries

Crumble ingredients:

πŸ’« 2 cups gluten free oats (pulse in the food processor a few times)

πŸ’« 2 tbsp cinnamon

πŸ’« 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

πŸ’« 1/4 cup coconut oil melted

πŸ’« 1/2 tsp sea salt

πŸ’« 1/2 cup pecan pieces

πŸ’« 2 tbsp maple syrup

Mix all muffin ingredients and crumble ingredients separately. Place half the batter in greased and lined muffin tins. Then add half the crumble and repeat batter then crumble.

Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25min. Enjoy! ✌🏼😻
